It is important to know as much as possible about the person you are going to allow to live in your property! Not everyone in today’s society is who they claim to be, or as nice as they may seem at first glance.

Once a completed application is received we carry out a full credit assessment, which checks the prospective tenants credit history, associated addresses and Public records. We obtain an employment reference, which confirms income and length of employment and a previous landlord’s reference if applicable. Only once satisfactory references have been received, will the tenancy be allowed to commence.

We use a mixture of companies to assist in this process based on the prospective tenant’s circumstances and residency status.
