How long does it take?

From viewing the property with you and getting the instruction from you to act as the letting agent (remember there are no strings) – we will have your property advertised on the major portals that same day, to ensure we get tenants as quickly as possible.

We normally have tenants ready to move in within about 2 weeks of the instruction from you.  It takes 1-2 weeks to advertise, source and reference tenants and agree the move in date.  This 2 week period is ideal for you/us to ensure the property is fully ready to let, gas safety certificates, electrical inspections, due diligence and risk assessments are all done to keep everyone safe and have a successful tenancy.
