Our model is simple.  We charge no sign up fees and if there is no let there are no fees, no strings, simple.  You can go with as many agents in the Northants and Beds as you like, if we get you the best tenant we get your business, if we don’t then we lose, simple.

We are so confident in our service, expertise and ability to find you a quality tenant quickly we do NOT charge you any sign up fee, there are no fees at all to list your property with us to have us find you a tenant or manage your property in Northampton.

You are free to list your property with as many other agents as you wish, we do not change our pricing structure, if they find you a tenant before we do, then congratulations to them and you.
