Meet the team

All the Visum property management team keep their hands firmly in on the day-to-day running of the rental and letting business and would never ask a member of staff or a contractor to do anything that they wouldn’t be prepared to do themselves. Don’t be surprised if you see company directors on site at a property renovation lending a hand with the plumbing, the tidying up or making the tea, or in the office helping with the filing, or at a viewing of a potential buy to let property with a landlord investor. Everyone here is part of the team and no job is considered beneath anyone. We believe this approach is both grounding and prevents a ‘them and us’ schism opening between staff and management.

So here’s the management team:

Darren Jenkins – Managing Director

Formerly of Internet giant Monster.com, Darren is the technical and mathematical engine behind the scenes. If it involves technology or money, he can make it work just that bit better.

Mark Baldwin – Operations Director

With an extensive marketing and sales background with WH Smith and Ford, Mark is in responsible for the day-to-day running of the company.

Samantha Hall – Lettings Manager

Sam has been in the lettings industry for some 15 years having worked in some of the areass largest lettings and estate agency businesses – bringing with her not just experience but energy and a great bubbly personality – call her to see what we mean…

John Grand – Maintenance Manager

John has spent his life in the building trade and it’s no exaggeration to say that if it involves tools then he can do it well.

Ricky Plaza – Customer Care Manager

Ricky has worked in customer service for a long time and for much bigger companies than us. We’re proud to have him on board.
