Visum-lettings is part of the Visum Group.  An established property business with 10 years trading and owned and run by people who are passionate about property, be that property investment, property management or property sales.   We have a physical letting agency, physical estate agency, online letting agency and online estate agency, we own and operate a leading property portal under another brand.  We are active property investors so understand the real needs of landlords.

Visum-Lettings – Overview

Visum is a letting agency with a difference, – a property management company owned and staffed by practising buy-to-let landlords from Northampton and Bedford. We felt under served by the other letting agents around Northants and Beds we had used ourselves when starting out. We believed we could do it better and cheaper and – by employing modern systems to reduce our administrative burden – we succeeded without a trace of compromise.

We were the first company in the UK to develop and employ internet-based property management software allowing staff and customers access to our systems from any PC with an Internet connection anywhere in the world. This facility allowed our field staff to stay updated whilst out and about, eliminating the need to return to the office during the working day and vastly increasing productivity whilst reducing costs. Also allowing landlords direct access in real time to their property details and particulars, keeping everyone in the loop at each step.

Our focus on access through technology allows us to break the bonds of geography and normal office hours in order to serve landlords all over the world, and we are extremely proud to say that we literally have customers on every continent.

We have been running our Northampton letting agency for 10 years, helping several hundred landlords across the town and local villages.  We are part of the Choice Based Lettings scheme with the Northampton Borough Council.  We offer the full range of services in Northampton from a tenant finder service and let only through to full property management.
